Competition Terms and Conditions

Free prize draws operated in the Prize Mart app

Version 2.2 · Effective 17/10/2026 · Promoter: Prize Mart Ltd

1.The Promoter

1.1 These Raffles are promoted by Prize Mart Ltd (“Prize Mart”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17450740 and registered office at 15 Olympic Court, Boardmans Way, Whitehills Business Park, Blackpool, FY4 5GU. We are the promoter of every Raffle offered in the Prize Mart app.

1.2 You can contact us at help@prizemart.co.uk or by post at the address above. We are the official timekeeper for all Raffles.

2.About these Terms

2.1 These Competition Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to every prize draw (each a “Raffle”) offered through the Prize Mart mobile app for iOS and Android (the “App”).

2.2 Each Raffle has its own page in the App (the “Raffle Page”) which sets out: the End Prize; each Instant Win Prize, the quantity of it available and, for a money prize, whether it is Site Credit or Cash; the maximum number of entries; the cost per purchased entry; whether Free Entry Tickets are awarded and, if so, how many and whether they renew daily; the opening and closing date and time; whether the End-Prize draw runs automatically at close or is triggered by us after close; and any rules specific to that Raffle. The Raffle Page forms part of these Terms for that Raffle and, if the two conflict, the Raffle Page applies to that Raffle only.

2.3 Your use of the App is also governed by our App Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. These Terms take priority over the App Terms of Use in relation to the Raffles.

2.4 By creating an account, obtaining an entry, or playing an Entry Ticket you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and the relevant Raffle Page. If you do not agree, do not enter.

2.5 No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Every Raffle has a free entry route (clause 7) and every entry, however obtained, has the same chance of winning as every other entry. On that basis our Raffles are free draws and do not require a licence under the Gambling Act 2005. All prizes are awarded in accordance with the laws of chance.

3.Eligibility

3.1 Raffles are open only to individuals who, at the time of entry and at the time any winner is selected, are aged 18 or over and resident in Great Britain (England, Scotland or Wales).

3.2 The following people may not enter or win: our directors, officers, employees and contractors; anyone engaged in the supply, fulfilment or administration of a Raffle or a prize; and the immediate family (spouse, partner, parent, child, sibling) and household members of any of those people. Entries by such a person are void and any prize will be withheld or reclaimed.

3.3 You must confirm at sign-up that you are 18 or over and provide your date of birth. We may at any time require documentary proof of age, identity and address (for example a passport or driving licence and a recent utility bill), and we will always do so before paying out or delivering an End Prize, a cash payout, or any other prize of significant value. If satisfactory proof is not provided, or you are found to be under 18 or otherwise ineligible, all of your entries are void and no prize will be paid.

3.4 You may hold only one Prize Mart account and may not use another person’s account. Creating or using more than one account, or entering under false details, is a breach of these Terms; any such account may be closed and its entries and prizes voided.

3.5 You are responsible for ensuring that it is lawful for you to enter from the place where you are. Entering from outside Great Britain is not permitted.

4.Your account

4.1 You need a Prize Mart account to enter any Raffle, including by post. To create an account you must provide a valid email address of which you are the authorised owner, a password, your first and last name and your date of birth, and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. In any dispute about the identity of an entrant, the authorised owner of the email address on the account is treated as the entrant.

4.2 You must keep your login details secure and tell us immediately if you think someone else has used your account. Entries obtained and plays made through your account are treated as yours. Your account can be used on one device at a time: signing in on another device signs the previous one out.

4.3 Your account details must be your own real details and must be kept up to date. Prizes are only paid or delivered to the named account holder, and cash payouts are only made to a bank account in the account holder’s own name.

4.4 You can ask us to delete your account at any time, from the Manage my account page in the App or by emailing help@prizemart.co.uk from the email address on your account. We delete the account, and the personal data in it, within 30 days of your request, as described in our Privacy Policy; deletion cannot be undone. Deleting your account gives up everything you have not claimed: your Site Credit and your Cash balance are forfeited; any physical prize or End Prize you have won but not claimed can no longer be claimed; your entries in any Raffle whose End-Prize draw has not yet been held are withdrawn from that draw when the Raffle closes, so they cannot win; and any unopened Instant Win results are forfeited (clause 10.7). The App warns you of this before you submit a request and offers to take you to the Your Prizes page first. If you want your prizes, claim them under clause 14 and wait for the claim to be completed before you ask us to delete your account.

5.How a Raffle works

5.1 Every Raffle has one headline prize (the “End Prize”) and a fixed pool of smaller prizes (“Instant Win Prizes”), decided by two separate processes:

(a) Instant Win Prizes are drawn by our servers for individual entries from a finite, committed prize pool (clause 10); and

(b) The End Prize is decided once, after the Raffle closes, by a single draw from every ticket in the Raffle (clause 11).

5.2 Both processes are decided entirely by chance. No action by you, including the timing of a tap, affects either outcome. Sounds and animations in the App are presentation only and play after the result has been decided.

5.3 Each Raffle has a fixed maximum number of entries (the “Maximum Entries”) stated on the Raffle Page. The Maximum Entries limits purchased and free entries together; bonus entries (clause 6.2(c)) are not counted against it. When every one of the Maximum Entries has been taken the Raffle is “Sold Out” and no further entry can be obtained by any route, whether by purchase, Site Credit, post or the playing of a Free Entry Ticket. Places may be held for a short time while entries are being issued or paid for, so a Raffle shown as Sold Out may briefly become available again if a hold is released.

5.4 Each Raffle runs from the opening date and time to the closing date and time stated on the Raffle Page (the “Raffle Period”). New entries can be obtained until the earlier of the closing time and the Raffle becoming Sold Out. The Raffle closes at the closing time in either case. We will not extend a Raffle, bring its closing time forward, close it early, or cancel it once it has been published. The End Prize is always awarded, regardless of the number of entries received. Instant Win Prizes are awarded as set out in clause 10.

5.5 The Raffle Page shows, and updates as the Raffle is played, how many of the Maximum Entries remain, how many of each Instant Win Prize remain, and a running count of bonus entries awarded so far. The final number of tickets in the End-Prize draw is only known at close (clause 11.2).

6.Entries

6.1 An “entry” is one ticket in a Raffle. Every entry is recorded on our servers with a unique ticket number and a record of how it was obtained. Once recorded, an entry cannot be edited, transferred or refunded, and can only be removed from a Raffle as set out in these Terms. You can see every entry you hold on the “Your Entries” page. Only entries recorded on our servers are entered.

6.2 There are three kinds of entry:

(a) Purchased entries — bought in the App’s Shop, or bought with Site Credit (clause 9). An entry we grant to you at no cost, for example to resolve a complaint, is treated as a purchased entry.

(b) Free entries — entries we log from a valid postal entry and, where a Raffle awards them, Free Entry Tickets (clause 7). A free entry is identical to a purchased entry in every respect that affects winning.

(c) Bonus entries — awarded at no cost by the Team-Up! and referral features (clauses 12 and 13), or when you win a “free entry” Instant Win Prize.

6.3 Every entry of every kind is one equal ticket in the End-Prize draw. Purchased and free entries are also eligible for Instant Win Prizes, drawn from the same pool by the same process, so a free entry has exactly the same Instant Win chances as a purchased entry decided at the same moment. Bonus entries are not eligible for Instant Win Prizes and do not count against the Maximum Entries; this is not a distinction between paying and non-paying players, and it gives no advantage to either.

6.4 An entry takes one of the Maximum Entries as follows: a purchased entry when the payment sheet is opened (clause 8.3); a postal entry and a granted entry when we log it; a Free Entry Ticket when it is played; and a Site Credit entry in the tap that buys it. Bonus entries never take one.

6.5 Entries appear in the App as Entry Ticket cards. Playing (tapping) a card reveals whether that entry has won an Instant Win Prize and, for a Free Entry Ticket, is the act that enters it into the Raffle. When you play, Free Entry Tickets are used first, then entries you already hold, then bonus entries; Site Credit is only used to buy a new entry when you hold no unplayed entry of those kinds.

6.6 There is no minimum number of entries for a Raffle to be drawn. Any limit on the number of entries one person may hold in a Raffle is stated on the Raffle Page and applies equally to purchased and postal entries. Entries in excess of a stated limit are void and, if purchased, will not be refunded.

7.Free entry route

7.1 You do not have to pay to enter any Raffle. The postal route in clause 7.4 is available for every Raffle. In addition, where the Raffle Page says so, a Raffle awards Free Entry Tickets automatically. Both routes produce entries identical in every respect to a purchased entry: the same Instant Win chances from the same pool, and the same single ticket in the End-Prize draw.

7.2 Automatic Free Entry Tickets. Where the Raffle Page states that a Raffle awards Free Entry Tickets, every account is awarded them automatically: when the Raffle opens, when you sign up while it is open, and (where the Raffle Page says so) daily, up to the cap stated on the Raffle Page. Every player receives the same number and no purchase affects this. Whether a Raffle awards Free Entry Tickets is decided when it is published and cannot change while it is open. A Free Entry Ticket must be played to enter the Raffle: it takes one of the Maximum Entries when you play it, and its Instant Win result is decided at that moment.

7.3 Free Entry Tickets left unredeemed when the Raffle closes expire and are not entered in the End-Prize draw. A Free Entry Ticket cannot be played once the Raffle is Sold Out, and will expire at close. It is your responsibility to redeem your Free Entry Tickets in time.

7.4 Postal entries. You may also enter any open Raffle free of charge by post. Send an unenclosed postcard, or a letter in an envelope, by ordinary first- or second-class post to: Prize Mart Ltd, 15 Olympic Court, Boardmans Way, Whitehills Business Park, Blackpool, FY4 5GU. The postcard or letter must be handwritten and include:

(a) your full name exactly as it appears on your Prize Mart account;

(b) the email address registered to your account;

(c) your date of birth;

(d) your postal address;

(e) the name of the Raffle you wish to enter; and

(f) the statement “I have read and accepted the Prize Mart Competition Terms and Conditions and I am aged 18 or over.”

7.5 Each postcard or letter counts as one entry. Multiple entries in one envelope are treated as one entry. You may send as many separate postal entries per Raffle as you wish, up to any entry limit stated on the Raffle Page, which applies to postal entries in the same way as to purchased entries. Mechanically reproduced entries are not accepted.

7.6 Postal entries must be received by us before 1pm on the Raffle’s closing date. Entries received after that time will not be entered and will not be returned. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt, and we are not responsible for entries lost or delayed in the post. A valid postal entry is logged against your account within [2] working days of receipt, takes one of the Maximum Entries and has its Instant Win result decided when logged, and appears in the App as a “POSTAL ENTRY” card. If the Raffle is Sold Out before your postal entry is logged, it cannot be entered.

7.7 Postal entries that are illegible, incomplete, not handwritten, or that do not match the details on a registered account will not be entered. You may ask us whether a postal entry was accepted.

7.8 The postal route, and whether Free Entry Tickets are awarded, are stated on every Raffle Page before any purchase can be made. We never require a purchase or subscription as a condition of entry.

8.Purchased entries and payment

8.1 You can buy entries in the App’s Shop, in the packages and at the prices shown for each Raffle. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Purchasing entries is entirely optional and gives no advantage per entry over a free entry.

8.2 Payment is taken by our third-party payment provider through the in-App payment sheet. We accept debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept credit cards. We do not see or store your full card details.

8.3 Opening the payment sheet holds the package’s entries against the Maximum Entries for up to 5 minutes, shown by a countdown on the sheet, so that you cannot be charged for entries that no longer exist; a package containing more entries than remain is not offered. If you close or abandon the sheet, or the countdown runs out before you have started paying, the hold is released and the entries go back on sale. No new payment sheet can be opened in the last two minutes before a Raffle closes; Free Entry Tickets and Site Credit entries can still be played until the closing time. When your payment is confirmed the entries are recorded immediately, each with its own ticket number, and are in the End-Prize draw from that moment. Each purchased entry’s Instant Win result is decided in the same step (clause 10.4).

8.4 All purchases are final. Because a purchased entry is entered in the End-Prize draw and has its Instant Win result decided at the moment of purchase, it is a completed entry from that moment and we do not offer refunds or cancellations for change of mind, for unopened entries, or for entries that do not win. This does not affect your statutory rights where we have made an error or are in breach of these Terms.

8.5 If a payment reaches us after the Raffle has become Sold Out or has closed, no entries are created and we will refund the payment in full to the payment method used, within [10] working days. If for any reason a purchase is refunded, the entries it paid for are withdrawn from the Raffle and any Instant Win result they held is forfeited and is not returned to the prize pool.

8.6 If you dispute a payment with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we may suspend your account while the dispute is resolved, and entries paid for by a reversed payment are void. If a chargeback is found to be unjustified, the amount charged back and any bank charges we incur are payable by you, and we may recover them from any Cash or prize due to you and may close your account.

9.Site Credit and Cash

9.1 Money prizes are of two kinds, held in two separate balances in your account. “Site Credit” is credit that can only be spent on entries in the App; it cannot be withdrawn, claimed, exchanged for cash or transferred, by any route. “Cash” is prize money that can be claimed as a payout under clause 14; it cannot be spent on entries. Which kind a money prize is, is stated on the Raffle Page before you enter and cannot be changed once the Raffle is open. Neither balance can be purchased and neither is a deposit.

9.2 Site Credit arises from Site Credit Instant Win Prizes and End Prizes, from referral rewards paid as credit, and from Cash you choose to convert under clause 9.3. You spend it by tapping an “Entry Ticket” card in any open Raffle that is not Sold Out: each tap deducts that Raffle’s cost per entry and creates, enters and plays one entry in a single step. A Site Credit entry is a purchased entry (clause 6.2(a)).

9.3 You may choose to convert your unclaimed Cash Instant Win Prizes into Site Credit, pound for pound. Conversion converts all of your unclaimed and unconverted Cash Instant Win Prizes at once, is only carried out after you have confirmed the exact amount and agreed that it cannot be undone, and is permanent: there is no way to turn Site Credit back into Cash. A Cash End Prize cannot be converted. We offer no bonus or other incentive for converting and will not prompt you to do so. A prize that has been claimed cannot be converted, and a prize that has been converted cannot be claimed. Cash won as an Instant Win Prize in a Raffle that has since been retired can no longer be claimed and can only be converted (clause 14.9).

9.4 Site Credit has no cash value, does not expire while your account is open, and is forfeited if your account is deleted at your request (clause 4.4) or closed by us. Cash does not expire while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, any Cash you have not claimed is forfeited (clause 4.4). If we close your account, any verified Cash balance is paid out under clause 14 unless it was obtained in breach of these Terms. Cash won in a Raffle that has been retired can no longer be claimed (clause 14.9).

10.Instant Win Prizes

10.1 Each Raffle has a fixed Instant Win prize pool: the Maximum Entries, the number of prize chances those entries share (most entries receive one chance; the Raffle Page states if more are possible), and the quantity of each Instant Win Prize. The pool is fixed and its fingerprint published before the Raffle opens, and none of those quantities can be changed while the Raffle is open.

10.2 Instant Win results are drawn from the pool without replacement. The chance of winning any Instant Win Prize depends on how many of that prize and how many prize chances remain in the pool, so it changes as the Raffle is played and is the same for every player and every eligible entry at any given moment. The Raffle Page shows how many of each Instant Win Prize remain. A Raffle may have no Instant Win Prizes left while entries are still available; the Raffle Page will say so.

10.3 Instant Win Prizes are awarded as they are drawn. If a Raffle is Sold Out, every Instant Win Prize in the pool will have been awarded. If a Raffle closes before it is Sold Out, only the Instant Win Prizes drawn by entries made during the Raffle Period are awarded. A Raffle described on its Raffle Page as “guaranteed win” holds exactly one prize for every prize chance, so every eligible entry wins something.

10.4 When the result is decided depends on how the entry arose. A purchased entry bought in the Shop, a postal entry and a granted entry have their result decided by our servers at the moment the entry is issued, and playing the card reveals it. A Free Entry Ticket, a Site Credit entry and an Instant-Win-eligible referral entry have their result decided at the moment the card is played. In every case the result is decided by our servers before anything is shown, and playing the card cannot change it.

10.5 An Instant Win Prize is exactly one of four things: Site Credit, Cash, a physical prize, or a “free entry”. Prizes are delivered when the card is opened, by you or automatically under clause 10.6: Site Credit is added to your Site Credit balance; Cash is added to your Cash balance; a physical prize is recorded on the “Your Prizes” page for you to claim; and a “free entry” prize is added to the same Raffle as a bonus entry (clause 6.3).

10.6 When a Raffle closes, every purchased, postal and granted entry whose result was decided but never opened is opened automatically and whatever it won is delivered exactly as if you had played it, before the End-Prize draw pool is locked. You will be notified of any prize won this way. Nothing is lost by not playing such an entry.

10.7 A decided result is forfeited only if the purchase that created the entry is refunded before the card is opened, or if the account holding it has been deleted (clause 4.4) before the Raffle closes. A prize forfeited in this way is not returned to the pool and is not awarded to anyone.

10.8 Instant Win results are generated by a cryptographic commit-and-reveal process over the committed pool. Before the Raffle opens we publish the hash of the Raffle’s secret and the fingerprint of the pool, and neither can be changed afterwards. When the Raffle closes we reveal the secret, so that anyone can confirm that the pool was never altered and you can check from the App that each of your own results came from it. The complete record of every Instant Win result identifies the accounts that received the results, so it is not published; it is kept for auditors and regulators and is provided where the law requires. Only results recorded on our servers count; if the App’s display and the server record ever differ, the server record prevails.

11.The End-Prize draw

11.1 When a Raffle closes the following happens automatically, in this order: (a) the Instant Win pool is sealed against further draws; (b) unopened decided entries are opened (clause 10.6); (c) Team-Up! rewards are settled (clause 12); (d) unplayed Free Entry Tickets expire (clause 7.3); (e) the entries of any account that has been deleted are withdrawn (clause 4.4); (f) every remaining entry of every kind is gathered into one pool, a SHA-256 fingerprint of the complete sorted list of ticket numbers is recorded and published together with the complete entry list; (g) the Raffle’s Instant Win secret is revealed; and (h) for a Raffle whose draw runs automatically, the beacon round that will decide the draw is chosen and recorded (clause 11.4). From this point the entry pool is locked: no entry is added to it or removed from it, and the published fingerprint lets anyone detect any change.

11.2 The End-Prize draw pool is made up of every purchased, free and bonus entry in the Raffle. Because bonus entries are not counted against the Maximum Entries, the pool is normally larger than the Maximum Entries. The final number of tickets is published with the result. Every ticket in the pool is exactly one equally weighted ticket.

11.3 One winning ticket is selected from the locked pool and its holder wins the End Prize. There is one End Prize winner per Raffle unless the Raffle Page says otherwise.

11.4 The winning ticket is chosen using the drand “Quicknet” public randomness beacon, an independent public source of cryptographically signed random values that nobody, including us, can predict or influence. The beacon round that decides the draw is chosen only after the entry pool has been locked and its fingerprint published (clause 11.1): it is the next round due to be broadcast at least 20 seconds later, so its value does not exist when it is chosen. The round is recorded once and published, for an automatic draw straight away and for a triggered draw when we start the draw, and is never replaced. There is no manual selection of a winner.

11.5 Backup method. Each Raffle is created with one of two draw methods, fixed when it is published and shown with its result: the drand beacon, which is the normal case, or a backup method that depends on nothing outside our own systems. A Raffle that uses drand changes to the backup method only if drand is unavailable: its beacon round must be at least five minutes overdue, our failed attempts to obtain it must be on record, and a further check of every drand server, made and recorded at that moment, must also fail. An automatic draw never changes method because drand returned a value that fails verification; if that happens the draw is held for investigation, and may only be completed by us after the same overdue period and recorded check. The backup method selects the winner from the same sorted list in the same way as clause 11.6, using as its random value the SHA-256 hash of the Raffle’s secret hash, the entry-list fingerprint and the time of the draw, all of which are published with the result together with the record of the failed attempts, so that anyone can recompute it. Because the time of the draw comes from our own server’s clock, the backup method relies on our own controls rather than an outside source, which is why it is used only when drand cannot be.

11.6 The draw is performed by our SafeDraw software. The same code that runs the draw on our servers runs on your own device when you use the App’s Re-play Draw feature, so any published draw can be re-run and checked independently of us. Before the winner is selected, the pool is verified against its published fingerprint and, for a drand draw, the beacon round and its signature are verified or, for a backup-method draw, the conditions in clause 11.5 are verified as met. SafeDraw then selects the winning position as the random value modulo the number of tickets, applied to the sorted list. If any check fails, no winner is recorded until it passes. Once recorded, a draw result cannot be edited, overridden or replaced, and no person can choose or change a winner; the only exception is a re-draw under clause 11.9.

11.7 Depending on the Raffle Page, the draw runs either automatically shortly after close or is triggered by a member of our team after close, in which case it will be run no later than [3] working days after close. In either case the pool is fixed before the draw runs, and the beacon round is chosen only after that (clause 11.4).

11.8 Every draw result is published in the App with the data needed to verify it: the winning ticket number and the winner’s first name and last initial, the size of the pool, the pool fingerprint and its timestamps, the draw method, the beacon round, random value and signature or, for a backup-method draw, the inputs to its random value and the record of the failed attempts to reach drand, the entry list, and the revealed Instant Win secret. Anyone may independently re-run the draw from this data. A result is shown on the App’s Recent Draws page for 21 days after the draw and remains available from the Raffle’s own page, reached from Past Raffles, after that. Where a draw is also shown live, the stream is a presentation of the SafeDraw result and does not itself decide the winner.

11.9 Re-draw. If the End-Prize winner forfeits the prize under clause 14.6 or is disqualified under clause 17, we will select an alternate winner by re-draw. A re-draw is run over the same locked pool and fingerprint, using a new future beacon round committed before it exists or, where drand is unavailable, the backup method under clause 11.5; the forfeiting or disqualified account’s tickets are excluded from winning, and every other ticket keeps an equal chance. A money End Prize already credited to the forfeiting winner’s balance is taken back when the re-draw is started. The original result is retained on the public record, marked void with the reason, together with the whole chain of attempts. A re-draw is not available once the winner has submitted a claim for the prize, and gives no person any greater influence over the outcome than the original draw.

11.10 If a prize is delivered or paid to the wrong person because of an administrative error on our part, we may correct the error, recover the prize, and award it to the actual holder of the winning ticket.

12.Team-Up! groups

12.1 You may create or join one Team-Up! group of up to 10 members using the invite code shown in the App. You may be in only one group at a time.

12.2 A group qualifies for a Raffle if, at the moment the Raffle closes, it has at least two members and every member holds at least one entry of any kind in that Raffle. Each member of a qualifying group then receives bonus entries into that Raffle equal to the number of entries they hold in it at that moment (purchased, free and bonus alike, excluding bonus entries previously awarded by this rule) multiplied by the number of members in the group less one, so that each member’s tickets are multiplied by the group size. Entries are counted immediately before unplayed Free Entry Tickets expire, so an unplayed Free Entry Ticket counts towards this reward even though it does not itself enter the draw.

12.3 The reward is settled once, at close, before the End-Prize draw pool is locked, so the bonus entries are inside the locked pool. Bonus entries are equal tickets in the End-Prize draw but are not eligible for Instant Win Prizes and do not count against the Maximum Entries.

12.4 Raffles that closed before the group qualified are never rewarded retrospectively. If you leave a group, bonus entries in Raffles that have already closed are unaffected; you will not receive the reward for a Raffle unless you are a member when it closes. We may change the Team-Up! rules for future Raffles, but not for a Raffle that is already open.

13.Referral rewards

13.1 Every player has a permanent referral code. If a new player enters your code when creating their account, you and they each receive the reward shown on the Referral Rewards page of the App at that time, which may be entries or Site Credit and which we may change for future referrals. Referral entries are either bonus entries (clause 6.2(c)) or Instant-Win-eligible entries, as stated in the App; an Instant-Win-eligible referral entry counts against the Maximum Entries, has its result decided when played, and is awarded as a bonus entry instead if the Raffle is already Sold Out.

13.2 A person may be referred only once, may not refer to themselves, and may refer no more than the number of players stated in the App. Rewards obtained through duplicate accounts, false details or other abuse of the referral scheme are void and the accounts involved may be closed.

14.Winners, notification, verification and claims

14.1 Instant Win Prizes are shown to you in the App when the card is opened and recorded on the “Your Prizes” page. The End-Prize winner is notified by push notification and by email to the address on their account, and the result is published in the App under clause 11.8. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up to date and to check the App and your email.

14.2 To receive Cash and physical prizes you submit a claim from the “Your Prizes” page. A claim covers only your unclaimed Cash and physical prizes from Raffles that have not been retired (clause 14.9): physical prizes are arranged for delivery and your Cash balance is paid out. Site Credit is never part of a claim. A claim requires a verified email address. You can follow a claim’s progress on the “My Claims” page.

14.3 Before paying or delivering an End Prize, a Cash payout, or any other prize we consider to be of significant value, we will require you to verify your identity, age and address with documents, and for Cash payouts to confirm that the bank account is in your own name. We may also require information about the source of funds used for purchases where we reasonably consider it necessary. No prize is paid or delivered until verification is complete, and a prize is withheld if you are found to be ineligible or in breach of these Terms.

14.4 Cash payouts are made by bank transfer to a UK bank account in the account holder’s name within [10] working days of successful verification. Physical prizes are delivered free of charge to a residential address in Great Britain; delivery times may depend on the supplier. Where the Raffle Page offers collection, you may collect instead.

14.5 The End-Prize winner must respond to our notification within [14] days of it being sent and complete verification within [14] days of our request. We will make at least three attempts to reach the winner during that period using the contact details on their account, and will keep a record of them.

14.6 If the End-Prize winner does not respond within that period, cannot be reached after those attempts, declines the prize, fails verification, or deletes their account before claiming it (clause 4.4), they forfeit the End Prize and an alternate winner is selected by re-draw under clause 11.9. This process is repeated until the End Prize is awarded. A forfeiting winner is not entitled to any alternative prize or compensation.

14.7 A physical Instant Win Prize that has not been claimed within [90] days of being won will be the subject of the same contact attempts; if the winner cannot then be reached or declines it, it is forfeited and is revoked when the Raffle is retired (clause 14.9). Cash Instant Win Prizes are held in your Cash balance until claimed or converted and do not expire while your account is open (clause 9.4).

14.8 By accepting a prize you agree that we may publish your first name, last initial and prize in the App and on our website and social channels, so that we can show that the prize was awarded. You have the right to object to that publication by telling us in writing, in which case we will still provide the winning entry and winner details to the Advertising Standards Authority or another regulator on request. We will only use your full name, photograph, video or other likeness in publicity with your separate, freely given consent, which you may decline without affecting your prize.

14.9 Retiring a Raffle. Once a Raffle’s End-Prize draw is complete and the periods for responding and claiming in clauses 14.5 to 14.7 have passed, we may retire the Raffle. We will not retire a Raffle while any claim for a prize won in it is still being processed. When a Raffle is retired: (a) every physical prize won in it, whether an Instant Win Prize or the End Prize, that has not been claimed is revoked, and we email each affected account holder once to say so; (b) no claim can be made for anything won in the Raffle from that point on; (c) Cash and Site Credit won in the Raffle are never revoked: Site Credit stays in your Site Credit balance to spend as normal, and Cash stays in your Cash balance but, because it can no longer be claimed, can only be converted into Site Credit under clause 9.3; and (d) the Raffle’s record is sealed and the Raffle is shown in the App under Past Raffles as retired. Retirement does not affect a prize that has already been claimed or a payout that has already been made.

15.Prizes

15.1 Prizes are as described on the Raffle Page. Each End Prize is either owned by us or secured under a binding arrangement with a supplier before the Raffle is published. Images are illustrative; specifications and, for pre-owned or collectible items, condition and grading are as stated on the Raffle Page. Prize manufacturers are not sponsors of, and are not affiliated with, any Raffle.

15.2 If, for reasons beyond our reasonable control, a prize becomes unavailable, we will provide a replacement of equal or greater value or, at the winner’s option, a cash alternative of equal value. We will not substitute a prize of lower value for any reason.

15.3 An End Prize may be a physical prize, Site Credit or Cash, as stated on the Raffle Page. A money End Prize is credited to the winner’s Site Credit or Cash balance, as applicable, when the draw completes. Where the Raffle Page states a cash alternative to a physical End Prize, the winner may choose it instead of the prize and it is paid as Cash. Where none is stated, a cash alternative is at our discretion. Money Instant Win Prizes are paid in full as the kind of money stated on the Raffle Page.

15.4 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. Ownership of, and risk in, a physical prize passes to you on delivery or collection, from which point it is not insured by us. Prizes are subject to any manufacturer’s or supplier’s terms and warranties, which we will pass on to you. You are responsible for any tax due on a prize.

15.5 We will store a physical prize free of charge for up to 30 days after notifying you. Storage beyond that is at our discretion and may incur reasonable costs.

16.Responsible play

16.1 Our Raffles are not a way to make money, solve financial problems or replace income, and you should only ever spend what you can comfortably afford. The free entry route is always available.

16.2 You can ask us to delete your account at any time, in the App or by contacting us (clause 4.4). We may restrict or close an account where we reasonably believe a player’s participation is causing them harm.

16.3 If you are worried about your own or someone else’s play or finances, free confidential support is available from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk), National Debtline (nationaldebtline.org, 0808 808 4000), GamCare (gamcare.org.uk, 0808 8020 133), Samaritans (samaritans.org, 116 123) and Mind (mind.org.uk).

17.Fair play and disqualification

17.1 You must not, and must not attempt to: hold or use more than one account; use false or another person’s details; use bots, scripts, modified versions of the App or direct calls to our servers to obtain entries, play or interfere with a Raffle; exploit any error or vulnerability; interfere with the draw or Instant Win processes; abuse the referral or Team-Up! features; or behave abusively towards our staff or other players.

17.2 If we reasonably believe you have breached clause 17.1 or any other part of these Terms, we may void your entries, withhold or reclaim prizes, Cash and Site Credit, suspend or close your account, and refuse future entries. We will tell you why, and you may use our complaints process. We may report suspected fraud or other unlawful activity to the relevant authorities and payment providers.

17.3 An entry in a locked pool cannot be removed, so voiding an entry after a Raffle has closed means withholding or reclaiming any prize won by it. Where the End-Prize winner is disqualified, an alternate winner is selected by re-draw under clause 11.9 and the reason is published with the result.

18.Technical issues

18.1 Only entries, plays and results recorded on our servers count. If the App is unavailable or a play does not complete, no entry is consumed and you can play again once service is restored. We are not responsible for entries that are not recorded because of your device, your connection, or matters outside our reasonable control.

18.2 The closing time of a Raffle will not be changed because of a technical problem, and the pool locked at close is final. Where a failure of our own systems prevents players from playing Free Entry Tickets before close, we may at our discretion award affected players equivalent free entries into a subsequent Raffle.

18.3 If, because of a genuine error in our systems, a prize is displayed or credited that was not won under the published rules and pool, we may correct the record and reclaim the prize, and will tell you why. This does not apply to a recorded End-Prize draw result.

19.Complaints and disputes

19.1 If you are unhappy with anything about a Raffle, contact us at help@prizemart.co.uk with your account email, the Raffle name and what has happened. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days; if we need longer we will tell you why.

19.2 If you are not satisfied with our response you may ask, within 14 days, for it to be reviewed by a director, who will reply within a further 14 days. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising your legal rights, including through the courts.

19.3 We will provide the verification data for any Instant Win or draw result you query.

20.Our liability

20.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law, and nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

20.2 Subject to clause 20.1, we are not liable for any loss that was not a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms, for any business loss, or for the acts or omissions of postal services, payment providers, prize suppliers or delivery companies that are outside our reasonable control. We give no warranty about a prize beyond its description on the Raffle Page and any supplier warranty passed on to you.

20.3 Subject to clause 20.1, our total liability to you in connection with a Raffle is limited to the value of the prizes you have won in that Raffle or, if you have not won, the amount you have paid to enter it. If an entry of yours is lost or corrupted through our error, your remedy is a replacement entry of the same kind.

21.Your personal data

21.1 We use the personal data you give us to run your account and the Raffles, to verify winners, to deliver prizes and pay out winnings, to detect fraud and duplicate accounts, to meet our legal obligations and, with your consent, to send you marketing. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full, including how to ask us to delete your account and personal data (clause 4.4). Ticket numbers and draw data are published as described in clause 11.8; they do not identify you except as set out in clause 14.8.

22.Changes to these Terms

22.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available in the App and at https://www.prizemart.co.uk/legal/competition-terms, with its effective date. Changes apply to Raffles published after the change; a Raffle that is already open continues to be governed by the Terms and Raffle Page in force when it was published, unless a change is required by law or is purely to correct an error and does not disadvantage players.

23.General

23.1 These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of Scots law and may bring proceedings in Scotland.

23.2 If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest continues in force. If we do not enforce a right immediately, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours to a successor of our business, provided your rights are not reduced. No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these Terms.

23.3 Raffles are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Apple Inc., Google LLC or any social media platform on which they are promoted.

23.4 These Terms were last updated on 17/10/2026 and apply to all Raffles published on or after that date.
